1. Services

Custom Security Integrated LLC provides security system installation, monitoring solutions, and related services for residential and commercial properties.

All services are subject to availability and may require on-site evaluation before final scope and pricing are confirmed.

2. Installation & Equipment

Customer authorizes Custom Security Integrated LLC to install and configure security equipment as required.

  • Customer is responsible for maintaining power, internet, and access
  • Equipment must not be altered or relocated without authorization
  • Damage caused by misuse or tampering is the customer’s responsibility

3. Monitoring & System Limitations

Security systems reduce risk but do not guarantee prevention of theft, damage, or injury.

Custom Security Integrated LLC is not responsible for:

  • Failure of communication systems
  • Power outages or internet disruption
  • Delayed emergency response
  • Events beyond reasonable control

4. Liability Limitation

Custom Security Integrated LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

Customer agrees that the security system is not insurance and does not guarantee prevention of theft, damage, or injury.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Custom Security Integrated LLC’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for services in the preceding 3 months.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Maintain system access and credentials securely
  • Notify Custom Security Integrated LLC of issues promptly
  • Ensure system is used properly

6. Payments & Fees

Customer agrees to pay all fees associated with installation, service, or monitoring.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

7. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from Custom Security Integrated LLC, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and authorize us to send text messages related to your inquiry, appointments, estimates, service updates, and customer communications.

  • Message frequency may vary
  • Message and data rates may apply
  • Reply STOP to opt out at any time
  • Reply HELP for assistance

Consent is not required to receive messages as a condition of purchase.

Custom Security Integrated LLC does not share SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  1. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the [Phone Number]. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

  3. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  4. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive [message frequency]. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

9. Changes

Custom Security Integrated LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes.

10. No Warranty

All services and equipment are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
