Dylan and Reilly replaced my erratic Alula doorbell cam with an Ajax unit that has much better audio, although it works only with my phone and can't communicate with my Alula keypads. I can’t say enough good things about CSI & Equi-Cam. From the very first phone call to the final follow-up, everyone I dealt with was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely committed to making sure we were taken care of.
Lizzie was the first person I spoke with when she answered the phone, and she was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Scott then met with me personally, took the time to understand what we needed, and went over our options with us. He made the whole process easy and straightforward.
Riley came out and handled the installation of our security cameras and alarm system. He did an excellent job and made sure everything was installed properly and working the way it should.
Then Christy came by afterward to check on everything and make sure we were completely satisfied and ready to go. That kind of follow-up and attention to the customer really stood out to me.
From Lizzie, Scott, Riley, and Christy, every person we dealt with made us feel like we were more than just another customer. The communication, workmanship, professionalism, and follow-through have all been exceptional.

Scott came out to look over the new clinic and took the time to explain what would work best for our space and what we could do to improve security. By the very next day, we had a bid that was extremely well priced, stayed within our budget, and still included everything we needed and more. Once we approved the bid, the office was in almost immediate contact with us to get the installation scheduled.

The CSI team showed up exactly when they said they would and was ready to get to work. Mike, Riley, Jacob, and Dylan were extremely professional and provided some of the best customer service we have experienced. They worked around our busy clinic without disrupting our day and cleaned up as they went, leaving absolutely no mess behind.

What impressed us even more was that when they were almost finished with the installation, they went the extra mile and stopped by our other location to check its security system and make sure our doctor was able to connect to everything on his phone.

It’s the little details that really set CSI apart. Even though we already have their systems at our other offices, they still took the time to walk us through everything and make sure we were completely comfortable using the new system before they left. They never just assumed we knew what to do or left us to figure it out on our own.

Any time we have ever had a question, we have been able to get help quickly from an actual person who knows the system, not an automated or AI-generated response trying to troubleshoot the problem.

We are extremely happy to work with CSI again and continue to be impressed with the level of service they provide. After 6–7 years of working with them, we will absolutely continue recommending CSI to anyone looking for dependable, professional security for their business.
